Indian tourist visa for Russian citizen but resident of Uzbekistan
My friends is a citizen of Russia and residing in Uzbekistan. He want to come to India i October 2013 as a tourist. His age is 39 years. Now he has some queries as follows:
1) from where to start procedure? Means, what should be the sequence for the visa procedure? flight tickets first? or visa application first?
2) do he need to have invitation from me (I am Indian, living in India) before applying for visa? if yes, what should be the format of invitation?
3) When should he apply for visa?
Please help in this matter as early as possible
