Can somebody please advise me. I am a british born british citizen applying for an oci visa. Would i loose ANY rights to my land i have inherited in india? or have any restrictions?

No problem. You will not lose any rights to inherited land in India.
By the way, rights to own land in India are not affected by whether you have OCI or not, but whether you are NRI or not, whether you are farmer or not etc.Immihelp Support
