Clarification for Indian Passport Renewal in U.S.A

Hi,

I need to renew my Indian Passport and have started filling my application - In the application I am asked for Driver's license no, I don't have it yet - I just have my Learner's Permit for now. So, Do I need to give the learner's permit number there OR leave the field blank ?
