I had One Question, i want apply a PIO card for my new Born Baby ( having US passport and US Birth Certificate) and me and my wife visa Status are on H1
i = applied extension (having the receipt from USCIS) waiting for the approval
and my wife ( valid till Dec 2014) are on H1 Visa.
Q)Should i eligible{ because still waiting for the approval of my H1} to apply the PIO card for my new born baby because i ma planning to send my kid along with my wife to india in two months..
