PIO card

Hi there

I have received my childs new passport yesterday.

I wanted to know how can I get the current PIO card transferred to the new passport?

We will be travelling from 18/08/13 so I do need to know the procedure of what to do.

Is it a must to transfer or can this be done on our return?
