PIO Needs Parents India address proof but India Passport has US Address

I am (Indian citizen with India passport and US GC) applying for PIO card for my minor son. the form asks for Indian address proof for parents. Since my Indian passport was renewed in USA, it has a US address. However baby's mothers passport has indian address in it. Will it be accepted if only one of the passport has Indian address ? Or are they expecting both parents passport to have an Indian address ? I have no other India address proof.

Please let me know wgat to do if both parents have US address (renewed in USA) and the address(one in the passport) is different than current residing address.
