I am a resident of San Diego and have to apply renewal of my Son's passport at SFO.
Can you please answer my following questions:
- Can I apply my son's passport(4. yrs) renewal application along with the original passport and required document by POST? or Need to visit SFO center in person?
- Both applicant (the child) and both parents current Visa [L1/L2] on passport is invalid and I have the H1/H4 797 Approval notice with valid I94. Is this sufficient with Notarized copy?
- the total fee for renewal is :
Application Fees Child below 14 years-
Service Fee ($50) + ICWF fee ($3)+ BLS Service charge($13.20)=Total($66.20)
the fee need to be in one money order or separately. Please let me know what will be the beneficiary name?
- Do i need to provide any stamped envelop for sending back the new passport? if yes, please specify
