I already have an oci card but recently got married???

I recently got married and my wife has changed her surname as a result, we are looking to renew her passport as it is due to expire and we will look to change her surname on the passport, are we required to obtain a new OCI card? and if so how do we go about doing this, what is the cost and how long does it take to be issued as we will be traveling to India in November 2013.
