Newly Issued Indian Passport has blurred images for Photograph and Signature

Hi,

I've recently got my passport re-issued as it was expiring in a couple of months. Now, my new passport has blurred images of my photograph and signature. It is so bad that its had to recognize its me, very hazed.

Does anyone know the procedure for getting it corrected?
