Incorrect visa for baby

Hi,
My son is 4 months and Canadian citizen. We want to visit India for 1 month in Nov, so wanted visa. (We did not apply for PIO as it takes time and we did not want to risk delaying trip for Diwali)

We applied for an "entry visa" (after referring to BLS site) and got the visa today.
1) The visa type on the passport says "T".
2) I checked the BLS receipt and on it, it says Visa Type: Tourist Visa.
3) The amount charged was $62+other fees which is for tourist visa

From the 3 points above, I think I was careless to verify but now I think I have got tourist visa instead of entry visa.

I dont care as long as I dont face any problem at the immigration. But I am not sure? What should i do?
1) Do nothing and expect immigration to be ok
2) Check with BLS and ask them what to do?

I tried calling BLS on phone but they are busy. Please help...

I was able to reach BLS on phone and she said that this is fine.

Yeah, it is fine. What I don't understand is how you got a tourist visa if you claim you applied for an entry (X) visa. You clearly paid the tourist visa fee, because the entry visa costs double for 6 months.
