Hello,
My 5 year old nephew is travelling to India in December 2013. His US passport is valid until June 21st 2014 and he has valid PIO card (issued in 2009) - I wanted to know if there will be any issues at departure (boarding) or during entry into India in this situation (US passport is valid for less than 6 months from the date of entry into India)
Does India have a minimum 6 month requirement? does it matter in this case since he has a PIO card?
