OCI Re-Issue Question

Hi,
I was under 21 years old when my OCI card was first issued and since then my passport expired. I am 22 years old now and I have gotten a new passport and I am wondering if I need to get my OCI reissued or if I can just carry my old passport along with my new one. The rules say that for an applicant who is 21 to 49 years of age, there is no need to re-issue OCI documents each time a new passport is issued. However, since I was under 21 when I originally got my OCI I am wondering if I still need to get it reissued one more time?
