For applying PIO for minor who born in US, as per BLS site applicant has to submit address proof from both parents. Whereas my wife (on H4) doesn't have any acceptable address proof like state ID or Driver License or original major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage). However I have water, Gas, Electricity, Sewage bill under my name. Is it fine to apply with address proof reflecting only my name? Or do I have to get a State ID for my wife. please clarify.
