bls passport missing
Hi,
i applied for OCI APPICAION IN OCT, AND SENT MY PASSPORT FOR OCI MATCH UP to BLS ny branch in DECEMBER, then they told me that they have lost the return fedex label and generate a new one and send the return label through email which i did. after repeated emails, the webiste finally updated that they have sent on dec 24, but when track the fedex, it doesnt show any update at all. they sent an email saying that they have already done so.I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM , none of the numbers work, they are not replying my emails. I Dont know what to do now, its just not my passports, my daughter, and husband too
