Indian visa need help

I am us citizen and just gave birth a baby girl in usa . My husband lives in india
Because his immigrant visa is in process. Now i am planning to go back india and will
Come back with my husband so want indian visa for me and my daughter i want to
Apply for indian visa by mail so my question is in application there is requirement for
Signature of both parents now as he is not here so what should i do now ? I want to go
Back as soon as possible.

2. Can i apply my oci and daughter's pio from india?
3. Should i send both application in one envelope?

Well, it's nice to see someone who doesn't think of just forging her husband's signature.

What you can do is email him the completed application, have him print and sign it (make sure he signs everywhere that is necessary!), and then post it to you, express if required. You can apply for OCI/PIO in India if you'll be there for a couple of months. You can send both applications in the same envelope, but paper clip them to separate them.
