Second time travel plan -urgent

Hello sir/madam - I have already travelled to US once on my L1B visa and returned back on 4th Feb 2013. I started from USA on 2nd Feb 2013 and my flight was at 10.20PM( 22.20hrs) and arrived at Doha Airport on 3rd Feb 2013 at 5.30 PM (18:30 hrs). Started from Doha Airport on 3rd Feb 2013 at 8.35 pm ( 20:35 hrs) and reached India early morning on 4th Feb 2013 at 2.55 AM (02:55hrs).

If I want to complete one year before my next travel . Is it safe to travel on 2nd Feb 2014 from India at 9.30 (21:30 hrs ) and reach New york on 3rd Feb 2014 11:30 AM ( 11:30 hrs).Please advice.

Just missed an info. Second time I am travelling on student VISA. After studies I should be able to work there for atleast 5 years.
