New PIO Card for Minor

Hi All,

I have a question on the new PIO Card application for minor.

1) How long will it take to approve if we apply in person at Chicago location?
2) If POI application in progress can we apply India Visa again from Chicago?
3) If we apply a India Visa and went to India. From there can we apply a PIO (From India)?
