Where to apply PIO card/indian visa for illegal immigrant spouse?
All,
I am indian passport holder with valid immigration status in USA.
I recently married my girlfriend of 5 years and the issue is pertaining her current immigration status in USA.
She hold a valid passport for Albania.
I wish to apply for PIO card for my wife who is in USA without any immigration status (illegal immigrant).
Can I apply for her PIO card in USA or I would have to apply in Albania?
She has no family or address in Albania as her family (parents) brought her to US when she was 10 and they both unfortunately died when she was 20.
Can I apply by mail if I have to apply in Albania?
