Need help in indian visa

Hello everybody.....

Actually i want to apply for me and my infant indian visa by mail ....i have confusion and
I hop here i will get my answers

1. What is the link of the application ?

2. What is order form(e.g trivisa or bls ) .....do i need to send this form along with the application?

3. How would i pay fees ? I mean i m going to send money order so should i send two money order
One for visa fees and onther for renouncing indian citizenship?

4. Should i send the renouncing indian form in the same envelope?
