Son's name printed wrong on PIO card

Hi,

We applied the PIO card for my 2 months old son as we are planning to travel to India. We received the PIO card with incorrect name of the baby which is not matching with the passport. Tried to call the consulate but they are not answering calls or emails, can any one with the same experience let us know what action should be taken next. We are planning to travel in a 2 months time. I have searched their whole website and did not find anywhere listed about correction procedures.

Wrong Last name in PIO card

I just got PIO card for my 3 month old son and the last name has been entered wrongly. Tried reaching Indian Consulate SFO, no one picks up the phone. Did anyone have same issue and how can this be resolved. I did not find any info anywhere on internet.

I have different issue.. After submitting the OCI registration application online I noticed that I have typed the Parents Nationality wrong for my minor child (typed india instead of USA). I do not see any option for correcting the application online once you submit the application. Am I missing something ? I would like to know if I can just correct the information in the printer pdf form before submitting it ? Will it case any issue? Any one experienced similar issues in the past ? Appreciate if you can provide any advice on this.
