regarding PIO and renouncing indian citizenship

Hi to all of you

please help .....i am us citizen and mother of us citizen baby .....i am planning to go back india for some reason so i would like to apply pio for me and my baby.

question are

1. can i apply PIO for me + my baby + renouncing indian citizenship in one envelope ?

2. should i make 2 money order one is for me and onther one is for my baby or should make 1 money order or should i make 3 money order ?.......i am confused .......


pls dont paste links and need some real answer so that i can understand clearly
