PIO status shows Norecords found
I apply for PIO Card for my daughter on. I sent application to BLS Chicago on 27th Dec 2013. It reached according to UPS tracking number on 31st Dec 2013.
It's been 15 days now but still I am not able to track my application. It just say No records found.
I tried calling and mailing to BLS but no one responds. Can any one please help me with alternate ways to track the application or to reach BLS over phone or mail?
