I am trying to contact on their help line for more than two its always goes to Mailbox and says no one is available. Is this the correct number for their help line Helpline: **-773-358-1742 ?

I tried the following number given in their website....but no use.....BLS is the worst of the worst...till now i have called them 25 times..always goes to voice mail..
and can someone tell me whether the following address is the correct one to reach this guys in person?

I tried all the numbers(including the ones in immihelp), none of them work. My passport application was sent back without attempting to contact me and they encashed my check. Not sure what else I need to do. Hate those people. Will look into legal possibilities if I dont get an answer by Monday.
