Hi All,
I am in the process of getting my daughter's passport renewed. She is 7 years old and hence a minor. I wanted to know who should sign the Nationality Verification form. Is it the parent or the child. She can write her name though. Also should she sign (write her name) on the passport application form or should we take her thumb print.
