Indian Citizenship for US born: any requirements for exiting US

I need some advise on this issue.

I have taken an Indian passport for my US born child.Both parents are Indian citizens. We are now leaving US for for good. He does not have a US visa on his passport.

My question is will there be any problems with immigration during exit at JFK and on arrival in India.

I have the following documents for my son
- Indian Passport
- Certificate of registration of birth at Indian consulate
- US birth certificate

Hi Samarth, I need some advice. My son was born in October 2013 and we are planning to get his birth registered at Indian EMbassy and get an Indian passport for him as we will be leaving the US soon and have no plans to return. I have been looking for information regarding this online, but still have a lot of questions. Can you please let me know as to how did you register your child's birth and obtain passport. If you don't mind, can you please share your email id or your contact number. . Can you please provide me your contacts details?
Basically, i have the following questions:
1. Were the birth registered and passport obtained at the embassy? or did you obtain the passport from BLS international? did you apply online or in person?
2. How much time did it take for the whole process (birth registeration and passport)
3.if you applied the passport from BLS international, did you fill the BLS order form? the BLS order form does not have a dropdown option for services as "New Passport" or passport for minor. It has of options for lost/reissue etc, but no options for new/minor passport.

I tried calling the embassy and BLS, but did not receive any response. Also, i tried sending them an email, but no response.

Your immediate response/help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
