Need help -to include last name in the Indian Passport
HI All,
I wanted to include my last name in the passport. As per the process i need to have two advertisements for this one in USA and one in India. I have a question regarding the DUly notarized SWORN affidavit. This affidavit i need to notarized in the USA or from the india.
