2 OCI applications - how many unique BLS Order Forms?

  • 2 OCI applications - how many unique BLS Order Forms?

    Hi everyone,

    I am applying to transfer OCIs to my kids' new passports. Per BLS instructions, I am planning to put both applications in the same envelope. Do I need a unique BLS Order Form for each? Or, just one Order Form, but its copy on the second application? The reason I ask is that the Order Form asks for passport number, applicant name etc. If only one form is needed, I will only be able to put down one passport number.

    Also, should I expect one BLS tracking number for both applications? Or, two?

    BLS order form is unique for each applicant. So in your case, you will have to fill out 2 BLS order forms with respective information which will then send you 2 tracking numbers that needs to be pasted outside the mailing envelope.

    Couple other things:-

    1. Since you are sending in one envelope, you can put the same tracking no. or airway bill no. for the 2nd question:-
    Application Type: postal Airway Bill No.:

    2. If you have taken one cashier cheque covering both fees, you have to put the same no. for payment details section.

    3. If you are sending one prepaid self addressed envelope, you have to put the same tracking/airway bill no. for que.2:-
    Prepaid Delivery: yes Airway Bill No. Return Envelope Airway Bill Number )
