OCI and PIO where there are more than one passport

My daughter (5yrs Old) is currently holding US Passport. She has Indian PIO card which expires in 2024. She is staying in Australia on an Australian PR.
I plan to apply for Australia citizenship. She is also eligible to apply for Australia citizenship in my application.

Will she be eligible to apply for OCI once we receive the Australian Citizenship (when she is having both US and Australia passports)? Or should she continue with PIO and extend when it expires?

Q.32 If a person is already holding more than one nationality, can he/she apply for OCI?
Ans Yes, as long as the local laws of at least one of the countries allow dual Citizenship in some form or other.
