Shipping method used for OCI reissue

Hi all

I have made out USPS express mail shipping labels which needs to be hand written and not printed. I was just reading through the list of documents on the BLS website and there it says that they will not except any handwritten airway bills.

Did anyone use USPS and did not have any problem ?

Hi,

I mailed my application through UPS yesterday. I wanted to use USPS but in the instructions they seem to strongly suggest against using USPS on account of their air bills being hand written. They have clearly stated in few places that they will not accept hand written air bills.

Use UPS/Fedex...you can get printed shipping labels.
