Its been 12 days after the PIO application was delivered by UPS to BLS Chicago. (Signed by EVANS according to UPS tracking)
Still no trace of the application in BLS System. Their call center number is not working and they don't reply to emails.
I had only good experiences earlier with Travisa. I guess BLS totally sucks. I just hope I don't lose the original US passport.
