Minor Living in India Without OCI or PIO
My wife and I are US Citizens. We both have OCI as well. Out daughter (minor) is a US Citizen. My daughter and wife will be living in India for about a year. Can my daughter live in India for a year without an OCI? What type of visa does she need? I am hesitant to apply for an OCI for her because of time constraints. Thank you very much in advance.
