visa status question in PIO documents

hi everbody

I am going to apply pio for my daughter . I am us citizen but my husband lives in India . He never came in usa. I applied I 130 for him so his green card is in process . So my question is what document should I send with pio application to show that my husband lives in india besides his passport photo copies as both parents visa status is required . Same thing with address proof as I am living in usa and he is in india so address would be different and they want same address.

pls help me in this issue

The proof that he lives in India would be utility bills, driving license, his employer letter, pay slips etc. in India.
