Wife's fresh Passport
Hello Friends,
I'm in need of you urgent assistance on my Wife's fresh passport application.
My Wife's name before marriage was: Sangeeta Sahu (Including in all her education and identity certificate)
Her name in my Passport is: Sangita Gupta (And the same name I want in her passport to be printed)
Now here is the confusion: I stay in B'lor (currently in USA) and no address/identity proof in her name here.
Work around what I have done here is:
1). I joint her name in my ICICI bank saving a/c (Salary) and made it as Joint a/c to act this as address proof for her.
2). Changed her name in her PAN card from Sangeeta Sahu to Sangita Gupta for identity proof.
3). I have my marriage certificate where in her name "Sangita Gupta" is printed.
4). I have her appointment scheduled in another 2 weeks and I'm exactly coming to INDIA the same day of her appointment.
If anything else has to be done/prepared from my side, Please guide me with your valuable experience and knowledge for a successful passport grant application(I can't afford to be given a different date or rejection of the passport).
