1) My H-1B visa is valid until Feb, 2015. However I've recently changed my employer and they've applied for visa transfer which's pending. Am I considered "No status"?
2) My spouse is currently in India. Can I get a copy of her passport notarized by someone there? Is there any special requirements if the notarization is done in India but used in USA?
3) I may have to move for work after applying for renewal. Can I apply in Tatkal to avoid that problem? If not, can the return address be someone else's or does it have to be mine?
4) What is a "Notarized Affidavit of No Status"? Do you have a form or a sample letter that I can use?
