I have to renew my passport as it is going to expire. I'm married and we never got marriage certificate, she is in India and i'm here in US. I feel it is little difficult to get the marriage certificate now and get that notarized. My spouse passport has my name as she got PP after marriage(we had affidavit at the time of getting her PP). I have below doubts can anyone please help....
1) If I mention as "married" and not producing marriage certificate&spouse passport, will they reject my passport?
2) If they issue new passport without my spouse name on it, and at the time of renewal of my kids passport would I be facing any issues?
