For PIO card/visitor visa for new born baby in USA, both the parents need to sign on the required documents as per the rules. But father is in India on work purpose and we need to travel back with the new born baby to India.
Can the father get the documents notarized in India. If so where and what documents do we need to get the notary from. For US passport for baby we came to know that father can get notary from US embassy. For INDIAN visa related documents, what is the process.
