I have to renew passport for 2 kids (6 yrs and 10 yrs).
1. Is going in-person better or via postal
2. Do we need to send orginal passport of parents if via postal?
3. Do minors have to sign the applications forms /or thier thumb impression or do parents have to sign
4. Somewhere I read the copies needs to be coloured.........or can be B&W?
