I'm applying for my passport renewal and lo and behold, the forms are confusing like hell. Questions are vague and there're no guidelines on how to answer.
I've some questions, and I'll appreciate if someone can take a stab at those.
Online form:
Q7: Emergency contact - should this be an Indian or USA contact?
Q14: "Profession and business address" - If employed by one organization and working at a different location, which one to mention?
Q16: "Did application ever possess any other nationality or travel document of any other country?": Does this include visa of any other country?
Q19: Name and address of two relatives/friends: Indian address or in USA?
Q22 and 23: If applying for re-issue of passport and not lost, should I just say not applicable?
Q24: "Is applicant registered with Indian Mission/Post?": I don't know. Am I automatically registered or do I've to apply?
