OCI eligibility for ex Nepalase citizen

Hi All

Wanted to check your opinion on OCI eligibility for an ex Nepalese citizen who has now acquired citizenship of Australia (and has renounced her Nepalese citizenship). In her case he mother was born in Indian and held Indian citizenship untill she acquired Nepelease citizenship few years after getting married to a Nepalese citizen.

Do yo guys forsee any issues with her OCI eligibility?
