Help! Time frame for name change on SSN, US Passport, OCI CARD

Hey guys. I am a US citizen married to an Indian citizen, and I have been living mostly in India on my OCI card. I am about to go back to the US for about 3-4 months and am wondering if that will be enough time for me to get my name changed officially. (I have a certified marriage registration from India). I've done a lot of research online and it seems like:

1) I can get my SSN, drivers licence and passport all changed within two months with the right documents and application, do you agree?

2) What Im worried about is how long name change will take for my OCI card. The BSL website is useless, nobody answers the phones, but they do respond to emails. So I emailed to confirm whether an OCI name change would also take 75 days for processing (like getting a new OCI card would) and they said yes. So basically two and a half months just for OCI name change assuming there are no delays.

So, those of you with any experience with all of this, how long do you think it will take for me to get my name changed on my SSN, drivers license, US passport, and most importantly OCI? How long would you suggest I stay in the US to get this done? Thanks in advance!

Check the DMV for specific instructions on the documentation you will need.
From our experience, it will take about 2 months to get passport, ssn and driver's license all changed

Given that OCI takes 75+ days, you should budget atleast 3 months. And you cannot really apply for that until you get your passport and driver's license (proof of address). So, overall you are looking at a minimum of 5 months stay in the US.
