HELP NEEDED: BLS order form - Family details

Hi,

Applying passport for renewing after 10yrs. In the BLS order form, there is a section where it says Family Details ( As Per Recent Indian Passport. )..
Two years back, I am married and applying as Married in the new passport application but at the time of my current/existing passport issued I am 'unmarried'.

My Question: In BLS order form details, do I need to mention the status as 'Married' or 'Unmarried'(As Per Recent Indian Passport).

Please help me at the earliest.
