OCI re-issue minor: when will the old US passport and OCI card be returned

Hi all,

I am applying for my kids OCI reissue, because we got a new passport.

BLS is asking to send the original expired US passport and the original OCI booklet.

My question is when would these documents be returned?

I know I have to send the new original passport for match up and reissue of the OCI, would these old documents be returned with the new OCI?
