OCI/passport matching pending for more than 2 months SFO consulate

Hello:

I sent my USA passport to BLS San Francisco for matching and stamp on Feb 22nd. However, there are no further updates. I have not received my passport or OCI. Has anyone recently submitted thier passport in SFO consulate? How long is it taking for matching? BLS says they sent the passport to the consulate. I tried to call both BLS and SFO consulate but no one picks ups. What should i do now?

If possible, try visiting in person.

I don't see any other options.
