Anyone know how soon we can get an appointment for "walk-in" PIO application at BLS San Francisco. Seems I can find out only after filling out the order form. I am not sure if I can change my mind about walkin/postal after going thru the order form process. Please share any experience you may have had recently (in 2014).

OK, I filled in the order form for walkin and found out that the first appointment is 10 days away. Since there is no use waiting that long, I want to send it by FedEx. But I am not sure how to do that now. Should I simply start-over and do a fresh order form? Any info will help, thanks!
