PIO Card : Status showing "Ready for Dispatch", Not Dispatched yet

Hello

Friends please share your experiences with BLS India International (New York). My problem is "The status says they received PIO card from Consulate".
But they have not dispatched the passport for a month now. I spent hours trying to get hold of a customer representative,Created numbers of escalation tickets. Sent emails ..But no response.

I really appreciate any tips on how you solved your issues with this company.

Hi Sreenivas,
I am in the same situation as you. I had applied for OCI re-issue for my kid. The passport (with the reissued OCI sticker) and the OCI booklet was received by BLS NY on Apr 5th but they haven't dispatched it yet. I have been raising escalation tickets every week but haven't got back any response. I had asked a similar question in a different thread and asked for suggestions to get BLS to respond but haven't received any. I will post my updates here if there is any change in my status.

Here is my status : I got my passport with PIO Card

These stupid Guys had my passport with them for more than a month. All they had to do was to dispatch it to my address..

If someone has the same situation ...please go to NY BLS Center and pickup your passport. This will be your best option instead of trying to call them / Send emails.
