Hi,
I am planning to apply for OCI + renunciation for my wife and I. My son has a PIO card and my daughter does not have either PIO or OCI.
Can I apply for OCI for my kids along with our applications at the same time?
The OCI requirements for minors states that a copy of the parents surrender certificate needs to be submitted along with the children's application.
If I apply for my children at the same time, we won't have copies of our surrender certificates.
We are planning to travel to India in October and won't have the time to wait for our OCI and surrender certificates before applying for the kids.
