our kids /minor were given oci card in 2005 when they born in usa, and we /parents are india citizens (was on H1 visa at that time). later we moved back to india . now I see in internet , oci is only for minors whose parents are to be us citizens and having oci.... it seems us born minors can only have pio card if their parents are india citizens according to net ...looks like rules changed.... so what needs to be done now as I am in india and no plan to move back. ...did anyone came across same situation ?? any input / advise /help would be great..
