I sent a complaint too.

Funny thing is people from BLS responded to my request for a status update but then they keep asking for the same information over and over again... This is sick!

Wake up Indian Embassy... don't let your contractor loot people of their hard earned money.

Has anyone received any update or any other sort of reply?
It looks like they really do not care. May be they are planning to return money after a year after earning interest on all of the collected money, who knows.
Has any of you reapplied with new company CKGS ?

I sent my application on April 14th and bugged them like hell sending email after email while copying folks at Indian embassy.

Which email address did you use to send information constantly to get a feed back that urgently? Please do share, since I'm in same boat like rest of the folks. Did you file your paperwork, the one is New York. I know Indian Embassy in New York, is really horrible, rude, and nasty people that I've ever experience.

Any movement on Class Action Lawsuit?

Maybe that's is the only way to wake these guys up. I called the Passport section of BLS a few minutes and the guy pretended as if all responsibility is with Cox and Kings. He just hung up the phone when I told him that BLS encashed the checks not the current provider.

The Indian Consulate is also sleeping... no picking up the phone, no email responses etc. Absolutely useless bunch of guys!
