New MSG from CKGS in regards to lost Cashier's check/MO from BLS

Here I am producing verbatim what CKGS has to say about people who applied to BLS but the application was returned without the Cashier's check/MO


Refund From BLS
It has been brought to notice that many applicants who had earlier submitted their applications for Visa / OCI / PIO / Renunciation to M/s BLS International Ltd. were receiving it back without fee which has been encashed by the outsourcing company. M/s BLS International Ltd. has clarified that applicants should raise their claim giving all particulars about the refund and send these details to company's email ID [email protected] for processing.

All claims / complaints regarding refund of fee and non-submission of applications may be sent / directed to M/s BLS International Ltd.


All those who did not have the checks returned/or were en cashed, please try this as a measure to resolve.

BLS has closed it doors in the US, and is anyway an Indian scam artist company (which most likely bribed the politicians to get this job).
How will the US small claims court or whatever do, to get money from India???

The money, IMO is gone!!!!!!

BLS has not entirely ceased to function as a company. It still process the Indian passport renewal side. Thus they have to have a registered presence. It seems that BLS as soon as they receive the OCI/PIO pkg, separate the checks and then send the documents for processing. Some are being sent back, which no doubt shows what a scam artists they are.
The small claims court will award the petitioner in this case, as it is a documented case of fraud. BLS is aware thus they have come up with this resolution process as I have posted. This would give them voice to say that BLS is looking into this matter, to mitigate any fall out legally.
