Hi,
I am applying for OCI for self and my spouse in SF. I plan to send the documents by mail.
I was looking at the CKGS forms online, and was not clear on a few issues:
1) Can i still apply for renunciation at the same time? If yes, do I have to include ICWF and CKGS service fee TWICE - one for OCI and second for Renunciation?
2) In that form, it is not clear if I have to select only one of the options: FedEx courier service fee of $15 or provide airway bill. Do I have to select both? The way I read this is is either one can provide airway bill or give them $15 to provide return courier through FedEx. The pdf form is not clear to me (http://www.in.ckgs.us/resources/pdf/order-form-oci.pdf ).
3) It seems I have to provide service fees for each person. But would they return all documents in one packet for the family or one for each person?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
